order to stabilize the labor market (still), the Federal Government now has a bill for better opportunities involved in the labor market. This essentially provides gem. the press release from 21/04/2010 following schemes:
- Extension of special rules for the refund of social contributions for the short-time allowance of 15 months to end March 2012
- Extension of labor market policy instruments for older workers and young professionals
-continuation of the opportunity for unemployed entrepreneurs and foreign workers voluntarily in the unemployment insurance to protect
- Improving employment opportunities for young people, single parents and older jobseeker
- Verbesserung der Hinzuverdienstmöglichkeiten in Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende, um stärkere Anreize zur Aufnahme einer sozialversicherungspflichtigen Beschäftigung zu geben
- Keine Anrechnung auf das Arbeitslosengeld II von Einkommen aus Ferienjobs von Jugendlichen aus Hartz IV-Familien bis zur Höhe von 1.200 Euro
Am 04.06.2010 entscheidet der Bundesrat über den Gesetzentwurf.
